What we deliver
Advisory services spanning financial management, governance, procurement, and institutional capacity — designed for the complexity of international development and public health programmes.
Financial Management
Strengthening financial systems for donor-funded programmes at central and sub-national levels.
Learn moreWe provide embedded and remote technical support to Ministries, implementers, and programme management units to restore and sustain financial management standards required by international donors. Our work spans budgeting, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, chart of accounts configuration, and audit remediation.
Governance & Compliance
Institutional governance frameworks that enable accountability, transparency, and sustained donor confidence.
Learn moreEffective governance is the foundation on which all programme performance rests. We work with governments and international organizations to design, implement, and strengthen the institutional oversight arrangements that donors and boards require.
Procurement & Supply
Procurement systems strengthening aligned to global standards for health and development programmes.
Learn moreProcurement is consistently identified as a high-risk area in donor audits. We support organisations to assess, design, and strengthen procurement systems — from policy frameworks to operational procedures and staff capacity.
Capacity Building
Structured knowledge transfer that leaves institutions independently capable of meeting donor requirements.
Learn moreWe design capacity building interventions that are practical, context-specific, and built for sustainability. Rather than delivering training that does not translate into changed practice, we embed with teams and build capability through doing.
