From the inside out
Rocque Advisory was established with a clear conviction: that organisations working to improve lives in low- and middle-income countries deserve advisory support from people who have worked inside those systems — not consultants observing from the outside.
Our team brings direct experience from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, Gavi the Vaccine Alliance, and government health systems across sub-Saharan Africa.
That experience — combined with independence, rigour, and a genuine commitment to building lasting institutional capacity — is what we offer our clients.
